In April 2016, Deasil Custom Sewing purchased the assets of Kelsey’s Sportswear in Morden – a sewing factory established in 1960.

Deasil specializes in custom design and production of quality sewn garments, home décor and select industrial/commercial products. Deasil can take care of your needs from product development, manufacturing to shipping.

Payment Terms

  • Product development, patternmaking, and sampling is to be paid in full prior to starting the process. Customers will be provided with a project estimate. This estimate will outline product development costs ahead of time. An estimated production cost will be provided at this time. When the sample is created, fabric selection has been made, a final production cost will be provided, based on quantity of production run.
  • All production requires a 50% deposit prior to ordering of fabrics, product components and production. Balance due before shipping or pick-up.
  • Payment can be made by 3-transfer, cheque, Visa or MC

Skate Lending Program

Owners Ron & Cheryl, have supported the “Skate Lending Program” at the Morden Access Event Center through the Clark Elder Memorial Fund.

Hand Made Quits
for Donation

Much of our excess fabric has been donated to quilters who use the fabric to create beautiful “Made With Love” quilts which get donated to those less fortunate.
